At Remaster Archive, we provide pro-rated refunds for unused credits to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our business partners.
All plans are based on a monthly subscription model. Credits provided in your plan do not roll over to the next billing cycle. However, if you choose to cancel your subscription, we provide refunds for any remaining unused credits within the current paid month upon request.
Refunds are only applicable to credits that have not been used for rendering or processing. Once an asset has been rendered and delivered, the credit used for that specific asset is non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.
To request a refund for your unused monthly credits, please email us at support@remasterarchive.com. Refund amounts are calculated based on the per-credit value of your current subscription plan.
